Elite Management Professionals, Inc. was founded on the principle of providing a higher level of hands on customer-driven service to single family, office, townhome and condominium communities. We are passionate about what we do and are eager to serve each community’s specific needs. In today’s difficult times, we know that homeowners are faced with many challenges. We will continue to find innovative ways to solve problems, trouble shoot issues, save money and exceed your community’s goals.

Our team of professionals are experienced in developer communities, multi-family associations, office management, onsite association management and master planned communities. We have the experience to solve problems and will work with the Board to find the best resolution to issues.

Elite Management Professionals holds, the AAMC designation with Community Associations Institute (CAI.) As per the CAI website “The AAMC accreditation demonstrates a company’s commitment to providing the unique and diverse services community associations need. An Accredited Association Management Company ensures that their staff have the skills, experience, and integrity to help communities succeed. Dawn Cothran Hatcher,
PCAM, CMCA, AMS- President and Senior Community Manager

Dawn Hatcher established Elite Management Professionals, Inc. after 12 years of developing and growing another local management company. As a PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) and owner of the company, Dawn oversees all communities the company is managing. Dawn also holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Association Institute and the Association Management Specialist (AMS). She has been in the Association Management industry since 1998, first working for a developer and builder and then becoming a Community Manager, servicing townhome, condominium, and single family communities in the Triangle area.

Katie Dominello,
PCAM, CMCA, AMS- Senior Community Manager, Vice President of Corporate Human Resources

Katie Dominello is a portfolio community manager in Raleigh, Durham, Wake Forest and Cary. Katie has experience with onsite management working with a local community of over 1000 homeowners for several years. Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism from Keene State College. She is an excellent problem solver and enjoys working with homeowners. She holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the Certified Manager of Community Association designation (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. Katie was also the winner of the Community Associations Institute 2012 Portfolio Manager of Distinction Award.

Star Smith,
CMCA, AMS- Senior Community Manager

Star Smith has been a Community Manager since 1996.  She currently holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations joining the more than 2,500 managers nationwide who have earned this level of professional recognition in the community association field.  Star’s experience includes every aspect of association management including financial, maintenance, and governance matters.  Her current portfolio includes townhomes, condominiums, single family housing and commercial properties.  Her enthusiastic attitude allows homeowners and Board members alike to relate easily with her allowing for the quick resolution of their concerns.

Karen Bayless,
CMCA, AMS- Senior Community Manager

Karen Bayless is the specialized community manager dedicated to working with local and national developers throughout the community preconstruction process. She ensures that the transition from developer to homeowners control is seamless. Karen holds her North Carolina real estate license and has over 10 years onsite sales experience with new developments in the area. She also has over 10 years’ experience as a Property Manager. Karen has achieved her Certified Manager of Community Association designation (CMCA) and AMS.

Dana Taylor,
CMCA, AMS- Community Manager

Dana has extensive background in accounting functions including bank reconciliation, accounts payable and account receivable. With an education in Economics from Auburn University and after fifteen years of both the mortgage and construction industries, Dana brings diverse talents and solid support to the HOA communities. Dana has achieved her CMCA and AMS designations and looks forward to learning more and growing with the company.

Jenni Johnston,
CMCA-Community Manager

Jenni has worked in community management throughout the Triangle for several years handling all aspects of management. Jenni has experience as a Construction Manager and Real Estate Broker therefore has a strong background in construction and customer service. Jenni brings great problem solving skills and enjoys working with boards and homeowners for the betterment of the community. Jenni has completed her M-100 course and has achieved her CMCA designation.

Dawn Roscoe,
CMCA, AMS- Community Manager

Dawn has been working in Association Management in the Raleigh market for 2 years, after relocating to Clayton from Northern Virginia & the Washington DC metro area, where she has been in property & association management since 2005.  While in Virginia, she managed a very diverse portfolio of communities ranging from new construction condominium, condominium conversion projects, low income housing, as well as properties with full & limited scope rental operations.  As a part of this management, she assisted in the transition of several Boards from developer to homeowner control and also worked with fully transitioned, homeowner controlled associations.  During her time in North Carolina, she has served in the role of portfolio manager for single family HOA’s, townhome communities, residential & mixed use condominiums, and a large active adult, high amenity HOA.  She studied civil engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno.  She also brings the CMCA and AMS designations from Community Associations Institute, both of which she has held since 2008.

Greyson Katkaveck,
CMCA- Community Manager

Greyson is a graduate of NC State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. She has many years of customer service experience right here in the Raleigh area and enjoys assisting our community members with their day to day needs. She provides administrative support to our communities by helping process work orders, architectural requests, and general inquiries. She is eager to learn as much as she can about community association management and further her education in community management. Greyson has completed the M100 course through Community Association Institute and obtained her CMCA designation.

Joanna Sizemore,

Joanna Sizemore is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management.  She is an Assistant Community Manager who supports a Community Manager with a portfolio of several communities.  Her duties also include homeowner correspondence, community record organization, property inspections and work orders.  Joanna enjoys helping others and is dedicated to finding innovative answers to problems.  Joanna has completed her M100 and achieved her CMCA designation. Joanna is eager to assist the company in future advancements.

Susan Lindelof,
CMCA- Community Manager

Susan is originally from Williamsburg, VA and relocated to Northern VA to start her career. After visiting Raleigh in 2004, she fell in love with the area and immediately moved. Susan has 1 dog, 2 cats & 2 daughters, one is in college and the other is getting ready to start middle school. On the weekends you’ll find her spending time with family and friends or out in downtown Raleigh listening to her husband’s band. Susan comes with several years of property management experience and over 8 years in managing homeowners associations. Susan holds the CMCA certification and take a lot of pride in the communities that she has managed.

Danielle Thomas,
CMCA, Community Manager

Danielle earned a B.A. in Communication Studies and M.A. in Business Communication. Working in the Association Management industry, Danielle has enjoyed using her years of experience in organizational development and customer driven focus to manage her daily responsibilities at Elite. As a Community Manager, Danielle is effective in homeowner communication, work orders, and problem solving. She enjoys serving diverse customers and helping in a variety of Elite efforts. She passed the M100 course and is working toward CMCA designation. Danielle enjoys time with loved ones, volunteering, and reading when she is not at work.

Kirsten Rowland,
Assistant Community Manager

Kirsten is a graduate of Peace College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental Psychology. Her position supports a Community Manager with a portfolio of communities. She provides customer service and administrative support to homeowners and Board members. Her responsibilities include homeowner correspondence, work order administration, website updates, and community record organization. Her strengths are customer service and organizational skills. Katrina Pareja,
Assistant Community Manager

Katrina is a graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a minor in Nonprofit Studies. She has experience from administrative to service work to customer service all within the Raleigh community. As an Assistant Community Manager, she is responsible for providing support for our communities by processing work orders, architectural requests, real estate transfers, as well as maintaining community websites and homeowner correspondence. She is looking forward to progressing her education in community management in order to further help the company excel.

Quinn Etheridge,
Assistant Community Manager

Quinn is a graduate of Peace College with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Public Affairs. She has been working in the real estate industry for over 12 years in various roles of property management and holding her NC brokers license. Quinn has a good deal of knowledge in residential and commercial real estate. A true eastern North Carolina girl, born and raised in Wilson, NC and has great love for the capital city of Raleigh. She is very excited to be assisting Dawn and Susan with new development communities and gaining new knowledge about community association management.

Sarah is a graduate of Corning College in New York. She has six years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. This includes two years of management. Her position with Elite supports a Community Manager with a portfolio of communities. She is looking forward to increasing her knowledge in the HOA career field by passing the M100.

Crystal Stroman,
Assistant Community Manager

Crystal holds a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina State University, and a M.A. in Communication from East Carolina University. She also has several years of experience working with community outreach, educational development, and customer relations. As an Assistant Community Manager, she enjoys applying her skill set to work with many different community members to assist with their needs and solve problems. Some of her daily responsibilities at Elite include providing information to homeowners, architectural requests, and updating community websites. Crystal is excited to learn hands-on about the community management industry and hopes to further her career. During non-work hours, she enjoys cooking and baking, writing, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Amanda Rogers,
Assistant Community Manager

Amanda Rogers is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication: Public Relations. She brings experience in residential leasing and new home sales as well as extensive experience with customer service and record keeping and organization. As an Assistant Community Manager to a high volume portfolio of properties at Elite Management, Amanda is responsible for coordinating work orders, processing architectural requests, completing real estate transfer requests, maintaining and updating community websites and assisting homeowners in their day-to-day needs. She greatly looks forward to aiding homeowners as best she can while learning from her experiences every day to better herself in the field of community association management.

Hilary Slater,
Onsite Community Manager, Grove Park Community Association, INC.

Hilary Slater is a native of Raleigh. She attended Durham Technical Community College.  After college she worked in the customer service and property management industries for over 10 years and enjoys working with the public.  Hilary’s strengths are problem analysis and conflict resolution. She is currently working as the onsite Assistant Community Manager for the Grove Park Community Association. As an onsite assistant manager she meets with homeowners face to face to answer questions and handle their concerns. Some of her duties include corresponding with homeowners, maintaining the files and records for the community, processing architectural requests, maintaining the clubhouse facility and the coordinating clubhouse rentals. She is a true asset to the community.

Ben Scoular,
Assistant Community Manager- Grove Park

Benjamin is originally from New York, and recently moved to the triangle area to be closer to family and friends.  Ben has spent many years working in the customer service, landscaping, and aquatics industry.  Ben worked as a project manager for a lake management company establishing personal relationships working directly with HOA’s and boards of directors.  Ben works onsite at Grove Park as the assistant community manager.  He meets with the clubhouse committee, coordinates clubhouse rentals, processes architectural requests, and helps residents with everyday inquiries.  He thoroughly enjoys working in community management, and looks forward to increasing his community association education.

Lea Thomas,
Community Manager

Lea Thomas background includes over 7 years of management which includes Single Family, Condominium and Town home management. She has been managing properties for a number of years and thoroughly enjoys this diversified industry.Her most recent position included portfolio and account management that spanned properties in all fifty states.  She is excited to work with the Board to continue making your community a wonderful place to live. Brent Francis

Brent has served as the Facilities Manager for Providence Glen for seven years. Brent brings an extensive knowledge of HVA systems, pool management and general contractor knowledge. Brent is also a certified CPO (certified pool operator) through the state.

Leigh Jones,

Leigh Jones manages the accounts payable for all Associations including processing vendor packages and maintaining the records for needed insurance and tax information. Leigh also assists in many areas in the accounting department. Matt is a native to North Carolina, and has lived in the Triangle for the past 9 years.  Matt currently holds his active NC Real Estate license and has worked as a broker specializing in relocation, new home sales, on-site sales and first time home buyers for the last 6 years.  Matt handles the collections for all Associations working closely with homeowners and Attorneys. Matt is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in English.

Linda is a native of North Carolina. She is a graduate of Western Piedmont Community College with an A.A.A degree in Business. Linda graduated UNC Chapel Hill in 2010 with a degree in Paralegal Studies. She was certified by the North Carolina State Bar in 2011. Linda recently completed the NC Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course.
