919 Area Code Change

All customers within the 919 area code must dial area code + telephone number for all local calls beginning March 31, 2012.

This change is necessary to ensure a continuing supply of telephone numbers, the 984 Area Code has been added to the geographic region serviced by the 919 Area Code. Starting April 30, 2012, new phone lines maybe assigned the new 984 Area Code.

We are excited to offer E-Statements. E-statements will be sent in lieu of paper statements or coupons. This will be a great cost savings to your community! If you would like to sign up for E-Statements please visit your community website. To go to your community website please select the communities tab and select your community from the drop down list. You will need to register for the website if you have not done so.
